Yin Peng was first selected by the Organization Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee to stay in Liuba County. In promoting the construction of village infrastructure, Yin Peng first knew that roads and bridges were connected to the people's hearts, and focused on the hardening construction of the flat bridges, tonggu roads, and household roads that people cared about. Since then, he has focused on environmental improvement, toilet renovation, and garbage recycling, and the environment in Shaofangba Village has been completely renewed.

Liuba County is located in the deep mountains south of the Qinling Mountains, facing the Qushun Mountains and facing Bashu. The Shaofangba Village is located on both sides of the Shangxi River, a tributary on the west side of the Baohe River. Yin Peng, who has been integrated into the Shaofangba, first determined the development direction of the industry based on bagged mushrooms and special economic forests.
Driven by Yin Pengxian, in the first half of 2019, the village poverty alleviation society built a production base of bag mushrooms with a capacity of more than 200,000 barrels in just one month, and organized villagers to produce 230,000 barrels in one and a half months Bag material mushroom tube.
Mushrooms in bags make mushrooms come out quickly and produce quick results. Seeing that people who developed shiitake mushrooms became rich, more people in the village moved. In this year, Shaofangba Village achieved 400,000 tubes of shiitake mushroom production, the villagers increased their income by more than 800,000 yuan, and added 46,000 yuan to the village collective.
At the end of 2019, for the first time in the history of Shaofangba Village, the villagers paid dividends. The total income of the village collective was more than 200,000 yuan, and a total of 105,000 yuan was distributed to the villagers.
Entering 2020, there is no need to do mobilization work again, and the villagers' enthusiasm for developing bag mushrooms has been unprecedented.
Yin Peng first set his sights on the 13,000 mu of forest in Shaofangba Village. If the existing chestnut forest is transformed into a high-quality chestnut forest, the income must be several times that of the present.
After consulting with village cadres, Dr. Lin Xue led the villagers to carry out drastic reforms, and contacted his alma mater Northwest A & F University to provide technical support. From March to April 2019, Shaofangba Village completed the low-yield transformation of 1,467 acres of chestnut forest and 4,750 acres of acorn forest. At present, the village has transformed more than 8,000 acres of characteristic economic forests.
Not long ago, he once again led the villagers uphill into the forest, using the open space under the forest to plant the Chinese medicinal material Polyporus umbellatus. Three years later, he is expected to have an income of more than 2 million yuan.
Tang Qingming said that now he can go to the county and township to meet for a meeting. The village has a lot of money, the young people have come back, and the young people can come back.
