The death rate from Covid-19 in Spain, at its lowest level: 399 deaths in the last 24 hours

New descent in the deceased curve. Spain adds another 399 deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours. The balance of deaths since the start of the pandemic now stands at 20,852 people.

The death toll finally fell sharply this Sunday, with 410 deaths reported in 24 hours, the lowest in a month. It was a drop of 155 people compared to Saturday and the first time that data was below the psychological figure of 500 daily deaths.

According to Fernando Simón , director of the Alerts and Emergencies Center of the Ministry of Health , he was entering "a path similar to that of the moments before the crudest phase of the infection." Today the trend is confirmed with the lowest number of fatalities since the Covid-19 pandemic was declared .

Regarding infections, the rate continues to decrease with 4,266 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the last day, which implies a total count of 202,736 infected.

The positive data is put by the cured. 80587 coronavirus patients have already been discharged , 3,230 since this Sunday.
