Stigma and punishment. This is what fell, in addition to the Covid-19 pandemic, on the World Health Organization. And it came from the United States, the WHO's largest financial contributor.

US President Donald Trump has suspended his country's contribution, it is punishment and he has questioned the action of the organization based in Geneva and accusing him in particular of having followed a pro-Chinese line of concealment of the truth and having failed in your homework, that is the stigma.
