The woman had symptoms such as fever in the 38 degrees since last month and visited a medical institution and was diagnosed with pneumonia.
Although the test was negative on the 1st of this month, the symptoms continued afterwards, and the test was performed again on the 3rd, and the infection was confirmed.
So far, no known contacts have been found with infected individuals.
The number of confirmed infections in Gifu prefecture is now 40.
