How do you overcome confinement in a small area? - Pixabay

There are those who spend the confinement in their holiday home or those who do yoga exercises in their garden and then there are those who live this period in a studio, sometimes without washing machine and with only one window to see daylight. If confinement is not easy for anyone, it is even less so when one is forced to pass it in one or two rooms.

Whether you live in a small apartment alone, as a couple or as a family, confinement can be a burden. Risks for mental and physical health, feelings of anxiety, lack of intimacy or intra-family tensions: the difficulties encountered can be numerous.

If you are one of the people in this situation, we would like to hear from you. How do you feel physically and psychologically? How do you manage to hold on? Have you reorganized your apartment and changed your habits to overcome this confinement? You can testify by filling out the form below. Let us know if you agree to testify on video. Your testimonies will be used to write an article. Thank you in advance.
