VISSEL KOBE of soccer J1 announced that one of the team officials tested positive for the new coronavirus. This was the second person to be infected within the team, after Takanori Sakai, a former Japanese national team.

According to Vissel, one of the team members did not feel sick, but because he was a close contact with Sakai, the team doctor's judgment confirmed that he was infected with the new coronavirus on the morning of the 31st. As a result of the examination, it was judged positive on the night of the 31st.

This means that the people involved in the team have no symptoms such as fever or cough.

The infection was confirmed within the team, the second after Sakai on the 30th.

At the moment, no one in the team has complained of ill health.

Vissel has closed offices and merchandise shops and other related facilities, and the players will be off until 6th of this month.

Vissel says, "We will continue to seek close contact and disinfect facilities under the guidance of health centers."
