At about 016 on March 29, at the Zhongshan section of G78 Shankun Expressway Guangxi Hezhou heading for Guilin, an accident occurred when two trucks collided, causing a fire. Upon receiving the alarm, the local fire and traffic police departments immediately implemented traffic control on the expressway, and the fire department also rushed to the rescue site as soon as possible. At the scene of the incident, the truck was burning violently, and the smoke from the flames rushed into the sky, while another truck was directly hit out of the protective fence, and the situation was very critical. After understanding the situation on the scene, the emergency personnel of the public security, fire protection, road administration and other departments immediately launched an emergency plan. The on-site commander immediately directed the rescue. Four combatants laid double trunks and two water guns foamed to suppress the fire and prevent the fire from spreading. After about an hour of struggling to save, the fire was completely extinguished at 3:40 in the morning. At present, the road has been fully restored.

It is understood that the cause of the accident was that the driver of the following vehicle was unable to control the driving problem during the driving process, which led to a collision with a vehicle that was parked in the emergency lane.
