The number of deaths from Covid-19 has multiplied by 162 in less than three weeks, while the number of discharges has increased by 334 and the number of infected by 53.2. It is the face and the cross of the coronavirus pandemic that plagues Spain.
Spain adds 832 deaths from coronavirus and the number rises to 5,690, according to data offered this Saturday by the Ministry of Health. The number of those infected is 72,248. 12,285 have been discharged since the start of the pandemic.
The period analyzed ranges from March 9 to 27, with official data from the Ministry of Health. Thus, on March 9 this department reported 30 deaths and yesterday there were 4,858. On the same dates it went from 1,204 positive cases for the Covid-19 to 64,059 this Thursday.
The good news is in the number of people who have overcome the disease. Health reported that there had been 2 8 discharges on Monday, March 9 and yesterday the figure was 9,357 .
The ratio of infected persons per 100,000 inhabitants places La Rioja in first place with 3.8; followed by the Community of Madrid, with 2.9; Navarra, with 2.5, the Basque Country with 2.1 and Catalonia registered 1.7 as of yesterday. Although in Madrid there are 19,243 infected, while in La Rioja there are 1,236. The number of deaths in Madrid is 2,412 and in La Rioja, 55. The average number of infected in Spain for this ratio is 1.35 , reports Servimedia.
