On March 25th, Haidian District, Beijing, a district-level centralized distribution point, street staff held a sign to welcome the arrival of returnees from Hubei. In order to ensure the safe and orderly return of Beijing personnel stranded in Hubei, Beijing Haidian District requisitioned an unused space in the western part of the jurisdiction as a district-level centralized diversion point.
