On February 22, a three-month rent-free signing event for thousands of peasant households in Shuhe Ancient Town, Lijiang, Yunnan, was held at Old Sifang Street in Ancient Town. A total of 1,190 residents participated in this rent-free activity, covering operating projects such as homestays, catering, and retail. First-hand landlords rented out about 50 million yuan. In addition, second-hand and third-hand landlords rented out. It is estimated that businesses will reduce rents by about 100 million yuan.

The ancient town of Shuhe is an important well-preserved market town on the ancient tea-horse road. It is also a living specimen of the Naxi ancestors' transition from farming civilization to commercial civilization. It is an important part of the ancient city of Lijiang, a world cultural heritage.
