The Saudi authorities have directed the arrest of those responsible for producing a video spread entitled "Bint Makkah" that shows a girl singing in a "rap" style.

The video shows a girl singing, describing herself as "the daughter of Makkah", reminiscent of a number of qualities, including giving, generosity and beauty in the city's girls. The singer appeared in the company of dancing girls in the style of "Break Dance".

The song was published on "YouTube" on February 13, and the channel mentioned that the singer's name is "Asayel". The clip had more than 82,000 views, before being permanently deleted.

And the official account of the Emirate of Makkah published a tweet that stated, "The Prince of Mecca, Khaled Al-Faisal, directs the suspension of those responsible for the production of the rap song (The Girl of Mecca) Video." The video described the video as "insulting to the customs and traditions of the people of Mecca and contradicting the identity and traditions of its high-ranking sons." The "#Still_Daughters of Makkah" tag spread, in which the tweeters criticized the girls' dance.
