As a result, he was subjected to suspension from the Syndicate of Musical Professions, and the suspension of the Tripartite Commission in the Chamber of Film Industry, which led to his reaching a dead end that is impossible to work with except through Sarah El-Tabakh, and he paid six million dollars as a penalty clause in case he violated his former fiancée company.
"Muhammad Al-Sharnoubi expressed good will and greeted the official power of attorney as an exclusive agent, and we had a session in the presence of lawyers and a number of producers, and we will work and make up for the 7 months that we lost in them while we wasted an effort that we worked on for years," Sarah Al-Tabakh said in special statements to the journalist Amr Adeeb. She added, "This step is positive in reaching the right position and adhering to contracts and starting a new page ... Consequently, Al-Sharnoubi will not sing or represent except through my company, and he acknowledged that and based on him the power of agencies."
Al-Sharnoubi is preparing for his wedding to Randa Riad, the artist's director of work, Angham, and the two brides have chosen the city of El-Gouna (the coastal city on the Red Sea) to hold their wedding in the presence of friends, family and some stars close to them.
