Corinne Masiero is Captain Marleau in the eponymous series of France 3 - Christophe BRACHET / FTV

His name is Marleau, Captain Marleau. And it has the license to kill ... the competition. For its new unreleased episode, with Mélanie Doutey, the series carried by Corinne Masiero attracted nearly 7 million viewers on Monday evening on France 3. More precisely 6.96 million, for a market share of 31.4%. It is quite simply the best audience for the channel in 2020, and even for a fiction all channels taken together.

For comparison, the second of the evening, the new generation Magnum, is far behind, with 2.47 million viewers and 11.6% audience share. Follow the film Everest on France 2 with 1.73 million adventurers (8.2% of PDA) and the program Who wants to be my partner? on M6 with 1.35 million startupers (7.1% of PDA). With audiences still around 7 million or more viewers, Captain Marleau is almost an anomaly in the current audiovisual landscape, more fragmented than ever.
