“The temperature will rise to +3 ... +5 ° С, the wind will noticeably increase. But February is insidious, and according to preliminary forecasts, frost in the third decade is possible up to -10 ° С. A cold March is not expected, the temperature will be near and above normal, ”said the supervisor of the Hydrometeorological Center.
