Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai announced the launch of the name (the future) on (formerly Happiness) Street that runs through the Dubai World Trade Center, the Dubai International Financial Center, and Emirates Towers And the Burj Khalifa area, as well as the name (happiness) on the former (future) Street, next to the City Walk area.

Matar Mohamed Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority, said that Al-Mostakbal Street, which is about nine kilometers long, is a link between Al-Majalis Street and Al-Midan Street, stressing that the launch of the name (Al-Mostakbal) on this vital street came due to what it contains This region includes vital places such as the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the Dubai World Trade Center, the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, the Dubai International Financial Center and the international facilities, as these vital facilities play key roles in exploring the future, laying its foundations and shaping its features.

He added: "Al-Saada Street, one kilometer long, extends from Al-Safa Street in the north to Al-Injaz Street in the south, and includes many tourist and entertainment facilities such as City Walk and Coca-Cola Arena, and these vital facilities have an important role in achieving the well-being and happiness of citizens, residents and visitors. Reflecting the UAE’s position as the happiest country in the Arab region and among the happiest globally, according to the Global Happiness Report issued by the United Nations Network for Sustainable Development in 2019.

The RTA has indicated to replace the road signs in the two streets, where more than 100 panels will be changed, distributed between the upper and ground panels.
