Researchers at Harvard University have found that tension makes hair white without the possibility of returning to its original color, according to the British newspaper "Daily Mail".

And the study conducted on mice revealed that the reason is due to hormonal secretion, which is a hormone released when the body enters a "combat or flight" mode.

Where it is secreted into the bloodstream, which leads to an increased heart rate under severe pressure, and leaves the body in a state of readiness to respond to any threat.

This process damages the pigmented stem cells (MSCs), which are the pigment-producing skin cells that give hair its color.
