The annual evaluation is a trust in the necks of officials and managers because it means a lot to the employee.

Imagine that the employee be assigned the following year to more projects, because he is able to do them better than others, and despite the frustration he feels from lack of appreciation, he continues at the same pace and enthusiasm, in the hope that the manager understands that his evaluation is unfair and unjust, and does not reach justice In any connection, then he is surprised again with the same evaluation and the same observations, because the director does not like him, and he wants to get rid of him or "thirst", to seek the help of foreigners who offer him loyalty and obedience around the clock.

Imagine that the employee continues to resist and resist frustration, and overlooks the methods practiced against him, because he wants to prove that he does not work for a person, but works to satisfy his conscience, and oversees projects because it is a trust and responsibility that will bear its burden if he fails in its performance, and then gets the evaluation itself or Less than its predecessor at the end of every year.

All of the above happened to an employee who I know well and is aware of his accomplishments and dedication to work, but it seems that the director has another opinion, for the very purpose of himself the inability of the experts to interpret and see it.

This was the story of one of them, and I have heard dozens of stories from male and female employees who suffer from these outdated methods, and are now indicating backward mentalities. These high positions may have been assumed by luck and middlemen, so I am afraid that the position will fly in the blink of an eye.
