“Until the middle of the night in the region there will be light snow, in places icy groats and ice rains, in some areas precipitation will cause the formation of ice,” the report said.
Forecasters warned that the temperature will rise to positive values no earlier than 3:00 - 5:00 on December 31.
Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of a blizzard and wet snow in Moscow on the evening of December 30.
