A seven-year-old girl rescued her mother by performing a cardiac resuscitation process for her, after she learned to do so from a series of videos she watched on YouTube.

The girl was watching a movie when she saw her 32-year-old mother, who was suffering from a seizure, collapsing on the ground, according to the British "Mirror" site.

Immediately, the girl threw a glass of water in the face of her mother "to try to wake her" before she performed a cardiac resuscitation.

Then she tried to unlock her mother's phone before realizing that she did not need a password or fingerprint for emergency calling.

After that, the mother was transferred to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with epilepsy.

The child said that she learned to do this through "YouTube", and aspires to be a doctor when she grows up.
