The results of a study recently presented at the 23rd European Heart Association conference in Vienna revealed that a woman's daily exercise and physical activity reduce the risk of death due to heart disease, cancer and other health problems. The recommendations of the study called on women to practice brisk walking or jogging on the treadmill if there are no natural spaces or weather suitable for outdoor activity.

The study relied on experiments in which 4 thousand women participated in exercising on the treadmill and running machine, and the rate of healthy fitness was considered equivalent to the rapid rise of four floors without stopping, and the health status of the participants in the experiment was followed for a period of 4 and a half years, and the results showed that daily practice Walking or jogging exercises at the rate indicated above reduces the risk of a woman’s death from causes related to chronic or serious diseases.

The research team noted that women whose hearts were beating at a normal rate during daily exercise had the lowest risk of heart disease and cancer. While the research team monitored the high risk of cancer in women who did not attend daily exercises, and their heart beats were irregular during exercise.
