Former Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing gave a historic lesson to US Vice President Dick Cheney during the closing session of the 12th session of the Arab Strategic Forum, titled "Global System 2030: Between China and the United States of America."
Li Zhao rejected the accusations that China was trying to dominate, criticizing the talk about the new popularity in China, and said that China is not behaving like the United States as a major power.
"China will never learn from a superpower, nor will it try to dominate the world. You are talking about the new Chinese nationalism and I don't know where I learned it," Xing added.
The former Chinese foreign minister said that China will never try to be a superpower, as the United States of America and history is the best teacher.
