German rapper "Niko B" who suffered a tragic accident on February 6, 2017, after which he lost nearly half of his head, started trying to learn to walk again, according to the British newspaper "Mirror".

The newspaper added that the singer, who is also known as "Dr. Knarf", was conducting an experiment in a studio basement in the German city of Cologne to mix the highly concentrated drug of cannabis with butane gas.

Kanaref was then taken to hospital, where doctors struggled to save his life, while the opportunity to save him was limited after he had been in a coma for 3 months.

In his first speech since the traumatic accident, he said that the explosion had burned more than a third of his skin and put him into a deep coma.

But he stressed that the skin burns "were nothing compared to what happened next", as he said he was "subjected to four strokes in the following months."

He added that parts of his brain were so swollen that he needed to have some bone removed, referring to parts of the skull.

Although he lost a large part of his skull and was partially paralyzed, he was "still optimistic," said Mirror.

Dr. Cannarff is currently learning how to walk again, knowing that he is preparing to release a new album next year.
