The federal government human resources system gives citizens priority in appointing jobs in the targeted professions.

The first phase of Emirates Careers Bank is scheduled to begin operation. This phase will include directing 160 entities to present their functions within the bank, namely government agencies, semi-government companies, federal and local institutions, public shareholding companies and national banks. The second quarter of next year will include all government, semi-government and private sectors.

According to the mechanism of the "Emirates Careers Bank", the targeted government and private entities are obliged to advertise the jobs that are required to be hired within the target group of occupations in the "Bank", where the citizen wishing to work can access the site
"aejob.ae" and review the advertised jobs and then apply directly to the appropriate job for him.

Job advertisers conduct job interviews with nationals whose qualifications and abilities meet the job requirements and if they pass the interview, their appointment procedures will be completed by the advertisers.
