New research has found that artificial sweeteners are no better substitute for white sugar and may have more side effects, according to the Mirror website.

The research involved 450,000 people, followed for 16 years.

The researchers found that people who drank more than two sugary drinks a day were 17% more likely to die early than those who rarely ate it.

Even more frightening, the risk of premature death was higher for people who drank drinks containing artificially sweetened substances.

It was also found to increase the risk of heart disease by 40%.

The reason is due to chemical reactions that occur in the stomach, where the brain prepares itself to receive larger amounts of sugar, and in anticipation of the body secretion of insulin, which reduces blood sugar.

In the case of artificial sweeteners, the brain tries to compensate for sugar by releasing Maidvk to feel hungry to eat more, which leads to increased amounts of food and thus obesity, which increases the incidence of many diseases.

The study excluded some artificial sweeteners that do not affect stomach bacteria, such as stevia.
