JR East Metropolitan area conventional line to resume operation ahead of schedule 9:52 on October 13
JR East was planning to postpone driving on each route in the Tokyo metropolitan area at least around noon on the 13th, but it has resumed driving on the Yamanote and Yokohama lines because no major damage has been confirmed so far.
