Diet specialist Yelena Solumanina said rye bread was the most beneficial. But this type of bread is very rare because it is produced from rye flour as written on its packaging because owners of bread factories are used to produce rye loaf in most cases wheat flour and dye.

Solumanina said in an interview with the newspaper "Vechernya Moskva" that it is advisable that the flour from which the bread is produced is not first-class quality but rather second-class or rye flour.

In this context, the doctor mentioned types of oriental bread. Among them are Lavash, Puri and the Mediterranean Beta.

Solomanina recommended focusing on testing the bread type on its ingredients and choosing the simplest. It is preferable to produce bread from only 3 ingredients namely flour, salt and water.
