Learn to swim better with former twin swimmers that ravage Instagram
Esther and Gema Pineda (@gemelas_pin), former swimmers, propose three very easy exercises that can be done in the pool as a complement to swimming or running on site. The objective would be to perform three sets of between 15 and 20 repetitions per exercise.
