The Osaka Prosecutor's Special Investigation Department was re-investigating after the prosecution examination committee voted unfair prosecution of the Ministry of Finance officials in a series of issues surrounding Moritomo Gakuen. Again, everyone was not charged. The prosecution review board will not be examined for the second time, so the prosecution's investigation will cease without any criminal liability for tampering with official documents or the sale of state-owned land. It was decided.
