The snail operation of the Yellow Vests has ended since 2 pm at Saint-Brieuc. The yellow vests have now invested the roundabout at the entrance to the commercial area of Langueux. Between 200 and 300 people are gathered, demonstrators from the sectors of Saint-Brieuc and Lamballe.
The organizers of the event around Saint-Brieuc wanted to meet the prefect, a delegation was proposed. The meeting had not taken place in the morning, Yellow Vests refusing to leave the RN12. Eventually, the organizers will not meet the prefect.

The demonstrators at the Balise roundabout joined the bridge, where there are about thirty yellow vests on both sides. Every ten minutes they pass a line of cars alternately in one direction and then in the other. The objective is to extend this operation until tomorrow evening, even more depending on the evolution of the movement.
Around Guingamp: closed Bellevue suspenders
A snail operation is underway on the RN12 at Guingamp (Côtes-d'Armor). At 12:30, many yellow vests, grouped at the Bellevue interchange, had taken the direction of the national, in both directions of circulation. The Bellevue straps are closed in both directions of traffic. Filter dams in the sectors of Kernilien (Plousiy), Saint-Agathon and Ploumagouar.
Around Lannion: tense situation at Canada Bridge in Tréguier
The gendarmes raised the barrage of Ploubezre this Monday morning. In Lannion, during rush hours on Monday morning, protesters set up filter dams. At 3 pm, Yellow Vests continued to be deployed at the Bel-Air roundabout (Ploulec'h), the Coppens roundabout and the Boutil, near the four lanes.

In Loudéac
About 40 yellow vests still filter vehicles at the Triskell roundabout in Loudéac. The Bellière roundabout is under surveillance: at 2 pm, about 15 protesters restricted the entrances and exits of the city. In contrast, the roundabout Parpareux was not blocked by yellow vests.

Yellow vests remain mobilized. Since 9:30, this Monday, about twenty people filter the traffic at the roundabout of Ville-es-Lan, located near the RN12. At 3 pm, the demonstrators were filtering the vehicles coming from the direction Erquy-Plancoët.
As at the roundabout of Poirier, in Saint-Alban, yesterday, fishermen of Penthièvre opposed to the project of wind turbines in the bay of Saint-Brieuc are present.
