Yellow vests are still mobilized in Carentan (Manche) this Monday, November 19, 2018 at the roundabouts of Palmiers and Saint-Hilaire-Petitville.

On Sunday, November 18, 2018, in Carentan (Manche), at 9 pm, the Yellow Vests resumed the blocking stopped at 5 pm. At 22:30, a hundred yellow vests blocked the four accesses to the roundabout Palm trees (output Blactot - Pommenauque) of the RN13, and a truck was already blocked. Fifty yellow vests remained all night and were still there this morning, Monday November 19, 2018 with, around 10 am, 25 trucks blocked and many cars spread on the road from Saint-Côme, to Saint-Côme-du-Mont, and on the access road to the RN13.

The instructions were to let out emergencies, caregivers, people with disabilities and cars where there were children.

In Saint-Hilaire-Petitville, still starting at 9 pm on Sunday, at the RN13 interchange roundabout, about 20 yellow vests were blocking Carentan's entry and exit, letting cars and trucks pass by. the RN13, on the roundabout, to either take the RN13, or take the old RN174, to reach the agglomeration by Le Mesnil.

At 22:30, only one road truck was blocked there, which left Monday morning, around 10 am. The same instructions to pass were respected. Around 10:30 this Monday morning, thirty yellow vests continued blocking, and others arrived as reinforcement. They were supported by a tractor.

All remain very determined, men and women of all ages and professions, to continue the movement.
