Ivaschenko said that he and Nachalova became friends on the project. According to the TV presenter, the singer told him that before the shooting, her lymphoma was detected at an early stage.

“In her words, the doctors diagnosed lymphoma in the early stages, so she coped with it quickly enough,” said Ivaschenko.

He added that this conversation took place about a month ago. Ivaschenko suggested that "Nachalova apparently felt that a difficult stage was approaching in her life, but did not suggest such a sad outcome."

Yulia Nachalova died on the evening of March 16 after undergoing surgery on her leg. According to her father, the cause of death was cardiac arrest due to an abscess.

The singer will be buried on Thursday, March 21, at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow.
