When parking out on a supermarket parking lot, an 85-year-old female driver in Hesse has overturned her car. The pensioner had driven backwards against a street lamp, as the police in Bad Schwalbach announced.
So she put in the forward gear and raced with screeching tires so fast up an opposite bank that she overturned near a gas station and landed on the roof. In addition, the woman rammed a parked car.
She survived the accident in Taunusstein slightly injured. According to police, the property damage amounts to about 10,000 euros.
