Ingredients for 4 people:

3 or 4 fish fillets depending on the size (sea bream, horse mackerel, sustainable bluefin tuna)
1 dozen dried tomatoes
1 small red pepper (optional)
1 small green pepper (optional)
1/2 red onion
3 ripe limes or 2 blood oranges
Salt pepper

- Chop the dried tomatoes and the two chilies in slices.
- Cut the red onion peeled into small cubes.
- Take the juice of limes or blood oranges. Mix it with the tomato, chilli and onion pieces.
- Cut the fish fillets into large pieces.
- Put the lemon vegetables on the pieces of seabream. Salt, pepper. Arrange the gooseberries over and serve chilled.
