The epicenter of the earthquake was located 115 km west of the village of Nikolskoye in the Aleutian municipal district.
As specified, in the settlements of the Kamchatka Territory seismic events were not felt.
Earlier it was reported that an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 occurred near the Commander Islands.
