The United States provided Russia with written information about the terrorist threat on the morning of March 7. “On March 7 at 11:15 am Moscow time, in accordance with normal procedures and through established channels that were repeatedly used by the previous US government, we transmitted a written warning to the Russian intelligence services,” White House spokesman John Kirby said.
