The TSJC postpones the trial of Jové and Salvadó, the 'brains' of 1-O, for the May 12 elections. The trial was scheduled between April 10 and May 29, so it would have overlapped with the electoral campaign and the Parliamentary elections.

In this sense, the court sees it necessary to "avoid reciprocal interference between the democratic electoral process and the necessary calm that must preside over the holding of the oral trial", as shared by all the parties involved.
