A meeting to hand over proposals for the second session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was held in Beijing on March 28. Shi Taifeng, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the National Committee, attended and delivered a speech.
He said that all proposal-organizing units must adhere to quality first, highlight key points, conduct in-depth consultations, respond seriously, strengthen tracking and handling, improve the effectiveness of proposal processing.
