Rector of Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichy instructed to take additional measures for the security and anti-terrorism protection of educational buildings. In the dormitories, it was decided to cancel the guest regime and allow only close relatives inside, and entry should only be made through a metal detector.
Earlier, Russia strengthened transport security measures after the terrorist attack at Crocus. The measures are expected to be in place by the end of the year, RIA Novosti reports.
