Earlier, Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov said that Russia’s goal is to create a system of guarantees of “equal and indivisible security” based on the efforts of all interested countries. The head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Vienna on military security and arms control, Konstantin Gavrilov, expressed confidence that the countries of the European Union will change their tone when Russia reaches the eastern borders of the EU.
