It attracted 4.2 million visitors...the curtain came down on Expo 2023 Doha. It is the first horticultural exhibition to be held in a country with a desert climate.
The exhibition's activities focused on 4 main themes: modern agriculture, technology, environmental awareness, and sustainability. On the sidelines of the exhibition, 51 agreements were signed between the participants. Japan is hosting the next edition of the Exhibition in 2022. The event was held in Doha's 1.7 million square meter Al Bidda Park, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the landscaped gardens.
