EU bans Southwind Airlines from flying across Europe due to alleged ties to Russia. It is clarified that the flights to Berlin, Dusldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and St. Germain will not be able to go ahead.

The decision was made on July 31, 2014, which envisage restrictive measures against Russia due to the Ukrainian conflict. The ban is in place until further notice, according to the European Union's rules on air travel, which apply to all countries in the EU.
