The 48th Hong Kong International Film Festival opened at the Hong Kong Cultural Center on the 28th. The theme of this year's film festival is "Any Door to a Different World", and more than 190 films from 62 countries and regions will be screened.
Of which 5 films were world premieres, 6 films were international premieres and 64 films were Asia premieres. The purpose is to allow more people to enjoy wonderful movies from Hong Kong and around the world, and expand the audience base for Hong Kong's film industry.
