An initiative is now accusing police officers of the same precinct that became known through the death of Oury Jalloh. The group submitted a 40-page murder complaint to the Federal Prosecutor General on Thursday. The highest German investigative authority generally only takes action in state security crimes, such as right-wing extremism, or crimes under the International Criminal Code, suchas war crimes.
