Arrested on suspicion of threatening family members of Ikebukuro car crash after calling them saying they were going to kill them. Mana Matsunaga (31) and her eldest daughter Riko (3) were hit and killed when a car driven by an 87-year-old driver ran out of control.
Nine family members filed a lawsuit, and the Tokyo District Court handed down a judgment ordering the driver and his insurance company to pay more than 146 million yen in compensation.
