US aviation authority FAA is investigating another incident involving a Boeing aircraft. The cowling of an engine on a 737-800 aircraft apparently came off during takeoff from Denver.

Southwest Airlines flight bound for Houston returned safely to Denver International Airport after the incident on Sunday. Southwest said the passengers on Flight 3695 were flown to Houston on a different plane about three hours late. Maintenance teams would now inspect the original machine. Airbus rival Boeing is under stricter supervision by the FAA due to defects. In October 2018 and March 2019, two Boeing 737 Max crashed, killing 346 people.
