Automobile manufacturers' global sales in February decline for Toyota and Daihatsu. Production of some car models has been halted due to issues.
This is the first time in 13 months that Toyota's global sales have fallen below the previous year. Mitsubishi Motors increased by 12.7%, Suzuki by 11.5%, Nissan by 8.4%, Honda by 5.5% and Subaru by 3.8%. However, Mazda's sales decreased by 0.8% compared to the same month last year.
