Demonstrations and demonstrations against racism and police violence have been held in the United States and in several other places around the world in recent times. And during Wednesday night it was also arranged in Stockholm.
The background is the alleged police intervention in which a policeman pressed his knee against 46-year-old African American George Floyd's neck for several minutes. George Floyd was later pronounced dead at a hospital and the policeman is now suspected of causing the death of another.
