There is no exact figure on how many services will disappear, but according to a press release from the region, it is about 160-180 services. This applies mainly to health care, but other activities may also be affected.
"Probably it will also land in notice"- At present, this is a proposal that we have presented to the trade union parties. With the staff mobility we have, we see that we will be able to solve some through natural mobility, but with this amount of positions, it is likely that it will also land in notice and layoffs due to a labor shortage, writes HR Director Krister Eriksson in the press release .
The issue will now be negotiated further with trade unions and together with the businesses.
