Yandex NV has prepared assets for sale by transferring them to a Russian legal entity

“The Dutch Yandex NV carried out an internal reorganization of the Yandex group of companies and formed a perimeter of assets for subsequent sale to a consortium of private investors,” the statement says.

These assets were transferred to the future parent company of Yandex - MCPAO "Yandex", which until the closing of the first stage of the transaction will be under the control of Yandex NV

It is expected that the remaining conditions for closing the first stage will be met in the coming weeks - the parties agreed to extend the period allotted for this until April 30.
