Especially with the outflow of rural people, women have become an important driving force for rural development. In rural construction They play an important role in rural governance and rural revitalization, and the study of this type of group is of great significance.

The report believes that there are seven main "her" forces in the counties targeted by Alibaba, namely county female cadres, rural female commissioners, returning female entrepreneurs, returning female employed persons, migrant women, local left-behind women and county Female teachers (including primary and secondary school teachers and vocational school teachers). Among them, rural female commissioners, as the leading force in the countryside, have further stimulated women's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity in county rural revitalization.

Sun Lijun, chairman of the Alibaba Charity Foundation, said that among the rural correspondents, five women have been specially arranged. They enter the countryside with a female perspective and can better understand the real needs of today's rural women in China in the fields of family and work. , promote and create corresponding job opportunities, and play many irreplaceable functions and roles of male rural correspondents.

The report shows that female rural correspondents are more inclined to promote the development of industries with flexible employment. They not only cultivate the live broadcast e-commerce industry within the county, but also actively introduce labor-intensive industries with flexible employment. According to statistics, most of these female correspondents have been working in the counties they are assisting for 2 to 3 years, and have implemented an average of 15 to 21 projects in each county. They have a high sense of personal accomplishment and county satisfaction.

Driven by rural correspondents, 43.7% of female entrepreneurs believe that their income will increase after returning to their hometowns to start a business, 53% of the respondents said that their job satisfaction will increase after returning to their hometowns to start a business, and 81.2% of the respondents said that their income will increase after returning to their hometowns to start a business. Participants said that their happiness in life improved after returning to their hometown to start a business. Alibaba's training not only improved their work skills, but also increased their income, with their average income reaching 4,155 yuan.

For example, in Zhangbei, Hebei, the rural correspondent led a team to expand female employment through projects such as handicraft "wig hooking", clothing processing, and customer experience centers, providing employment for more than 3,000 female workers in the county. Among them, the wig factory Its low threshold, no investment, and flexible working hours have largely solved the employment problem of local "baby mothers", allowing left-behind women to take care of their families and educate their children, while also earning income.

Another example is in Pingshun, Shanxi. Through systematic training, women left behind in rural areas and women returning home can quickly master a skill. A digital demonstration base has been established locally, providing employment for more than 200 local young people, more than 85% of whom are female. Among rural anchors, women account for more than 60%, and rural women account for 70% of jobs related to e-commerce live broadcasting. Women account for "most of the sky" in live broadcast e-commerce.

Sang Shuqing comes from Pingshun County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. She said at the exchange meeting that more than 40 mothers in the village can take care of their children and work at the same time. The marked base has realized their dream of employment at home. "We are not ordinary rural women, but independent rural women of the new era, independent women who can take care of family and work." (End)
